Public analytics
Optional first-party analytics is disabled until the visitor allows it. It can include page activity, a general referring domain and source category, and campaign or interaction signals, but not the full external referral URL or query string. Analytics events are designed not to include contact details, messages, passwords, file contents, agreement details, or payment data.
Contact information
Business contact details submitted through public forms are used to respond to inquiries and maintain appropriate business records. The source page, general referring domain, and campaign information associated with a request may also be retained.
Sensitive information
Do not submit PHI, patient records, passwords, payment card information, or confidential files through public contact forms.
